You need to be a Registered FlirtyFiver.com user to sell and buy. Registration Membership is free.

Services that are offered by sellers on FlirtyFiver.com are called "Trix" or "Trik"

Trix prices are fixed at $5 $10 $20  $50 $100

This is an  R18 adult oriented site and as such the exchange of videos and images of an explicit nature is allowed, however do not attempt to place obscene,Child Pornography,Bestiality,or offensive and unauthorised material on this site.

Please also refrain from using graphically explicit or abusive language in your Trix title . Make your Trix title as Sexy as you like within accepted boundaries set within the Terms and Use.


For your own safety sellers and buyers identities are anonymous. Do not request or provide email addresses or contact details of other FlirtyFiver.com users except where necessary for the fulfillment of orders.

Sellers may not accept payments from FlirtyFiver.com buyers outside of the internal payment system provided, doing so will result in your account being permanently blocked and all funds in your account being forfeited.

Posting of illegal,Unauthorized, copyright protected, violent,  or  improper material on the site is strictly prohibited

All content on the site is moderated. Users who try to engage in behaviors offensive to other members, illegal activity, or against the Terms or conditions of this site will be immediately removed by FlirtyFiver.com admin no reasons will be given and no correspondence  will be entered into

Payment Process
When buyers order one of your Trix, they will be required to pay for the trix in advance.

When you deliver the order/Trix, FlirtyFiver.com will add your net share to your balance.

You can  request withdrawal of  funds from your balance from admin as long as the balance is a minimum of $25

Handling Orders

When a buyer orders one of your Trix, you will be notified and asked to Accept or Reject the order. Rejecting an order should only be used when you will not be able to perform your offering on time or if you are uncomfortable with what is being requested. If you are away and cannot handle orders, it is good idea to suspend your Trix from your "My Trix" control panel.

You have 48 hours to decide if you accept the order, after that time the order will be automatically cancelled by FlirtyFiver.com

Responding to orders quickly will increase your positive feedback, this will give confidence to new members in requesting Trix from you.

Delivering Your Trix, Passing Material and Submitting Completed Trix

While working on your Trix, you are required to use only FlirtyFiver.com’s internal mail system to pass material from and to your buyer. Using the FlirtyFiver.com mail system protects the seller's and buyer's privacy. Never ask a buyer to switch to third party email except where necessary for the fulfilment of orders which cannot be fulfilled through the sites systems such as posting of items.

All Members are responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. FlirtyFiver.com will not be held responsible for any damages caused by infected files.

You can access all communications and files transferred related to an order from the Order Details page.

Make sure you describe your Trix  in detail. Indicate amounts, durations, file formats etc.

Seller's Positive Feedback.

Your positive feedback is based on buyers feedback and your responsiveness to new Trix/ orders (Accept/Reject).

Work quality and buyer feedback have a dramatic effect on your Positive Feedback Score.

Fees

You as a seller will earn 70% of the total price for the Trix . Adult Site processing services by 3rd parties is extremely expensive due to the nature of the Business,Traditional Credit Card Processing charges and movement of money for Adult type sites is extraordinary. Therefore a minimum of 30% of each sale is required to maintain the operation of the site...70% of every ten dollars would net you as the seller $7.

Any customer chargeback's or fraudulent transaction will result in your fee for the trix being cancelled but you will be informed and a detailed explanation will be provided. Our payment processor has very high levels of fraud prevention security in place and fraudulent card transactions are very rare. Only on the occasions we do not get paid by the payment processor will you not be paid.

Withdrawing Funds

To withdraw funds from FlirtyFiver.com, you need to have a minimum account balance of $25 However to attract the least fees possible we suggest you wait to withdraw your funds once you have reached $50 

Funds are cleared for withdrawal after a safety clearing period of 14 days from the day you deliver your work. this is to prevent  fraudulent practices

Withdrawals can be performed only when cleared funds in your balance have reached the minimum amount of $25. This is to keep  transfer fees to a minimum.

Buyers

Ordering trix
Purchase of Trix from FlirtyFiver.com can be made using your credit card.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be sent to the seller.
You can cancel your order at any time until the seller Accepts your order. Once the seller accepts your order you will not be able to cancel it.

Sellers have the option to reject an order if they can't handle it on time or you are requesting something beyond the scope of the Trix being offered. If for any reason your order gets rejected, your $deposit will be placed in your FlirtyFiver.com balance and will be available to you for purchasing other Trix on FlirtyFiver.com

Any funds you may have in your balance can be used on your next purchase (no need to go through the payment process again).

General Terms

In case of dispute with a seller you should use FlirtyFiver.com's internal dispute resolution (see below). Never use our Processor to reverse or refund the payment to FlirtyFiver.com Doing so will put your FlirtyFiver.com account on hold.

FlirtyFiver.com reserve the right to put any account on hold or permanently cancel accounts due to misbehavior. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on FlirtyFiver.com

Spammers will be permanently blocked and banned!

Disputes

We encourage our buyers and sellers to resolve any issues between themselves. If for any reason this fails, you can contact us here admin@ FlirtyFiver.com

FlirtyFiver.com will not make refunds through Verotel. Instead, any refunds will be placed into the buyer's balance and will be made available for future purchases on FlirtyFiver.com

As we are an R18adult site the sending of adult material is allowed but by agreeing to these Terms & conditions, you are in effect releasing us from any legal ramifications that may arise from the public display of the images in question. We do not accept any material which shows persons under 18 years old or images of persons who look considerably younger than 18 years old.

We have the right to not accept any material,suggestion,suggested Trix,Any Trix offered offering underage activity,child pronography,Bestiality, Beatings,Fighting,bullying,SadoMasochism beyond the point of light S&M or any other material found to be offensive by the site's admistrators,Any Law or guidelines relating to your specific Country of residence or the sites Users, We reserve the right to remove the offending material without question or correspondence. Flirtyfiver.com will also work with an assist any Governing Authorites in regards to any breaches of Law Locally or internationally.

As in Many Countries You Will Need to have the following records on file available for inspection for every explicit picture/video you submit: The legal name and date of birth of each performer, obtained by the photographer's examination of a picture identification card. Your records shall also include a legible copy of the identification document examined and, if that document does not contain a recent and recognizable picture of the performer, a legible copy of a picture identification card. If you do not have those records for the explicit pictures/video you want to submit, you will violate federal US law. To be more practical: As long as you submit explicit pics/clips of yourself, you should have no problem to ID yourself and to proof your age. When you photograph/tape any other person than your wife or your husband, you will have to copy the person's driver licence or passport, write down the name, DOB and address of the model and keep those files for at least 10 years. Additionally the law of your country of residence might require further things. It is your responsibility to make sure that you do not violate the laws of your country of residence/citizenship.
